We are offering a hands-on internship for a highly organised and ambitious UK university student who wants real responsibility and meaningful exposure to client management, operations and startup strategy.

Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with the founder and support day-to-day business operations, including:
* Organising, scheduling and planning client meetings and internal calls
* Managing calendars, bookings and follow-ups
* Supporting client onboarding and communications
* Client outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone (templates provided)
* Managing client records, CRM systems and documentation
* Preparing meeting agendas, notes and action summaries
* Supporting pitch decks, proposals and presentations
* Market research and competitor analysis
* Assisting with general business operations and strategy projects

Who We’re Looking For
* A current UK university student
* Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Confident with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
* Comfortable speaking to clients and professionals
* Interested in startups, technology, consulting or luxury brands
* Proactive, curious and willing to learn
Plus point would be, but not required:
– Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
