Dr. Jens Rühle

Go-To-Market & Growth Advisory

Dr. Jens Rühle is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in scaling and transforming e-commerce, marketplace and AI-driven businesses. He previously served as a member of the executive management team of Kaufland (Schwarz Group), where he led the digital business and served as Co-CEO of Kaufland.de, one of Germany's leading online marketplaces. Most recently, he was COO of the AI start-up octonomy.

Today he is Managing Director and co-founder of Rhenora, focusing on long-term business succession, operational leadership and strategic growth. Drawing on deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and in building scalable organisational and sales structures, Dr. Rühle supports Ähdus Technology in strengthening its market position, accelerating sustainable revenue growth and establishing repeatable sales models.

Prof. Dr. Christopher Jud

Product Management & Innovation Advisory

As Professor of Product and Innovation Management at Hochschule Rosenheim, Prof. Dr. Christopher Jud is an experienced technology and innovation leader with deep expertise in product management, innovation strategy, and digital transformation.

His career includes senior roles in product and innovation leadership at companies such as CompuGroup Medical.He also served as Head of Business Technology & Agile Management at Kaufland within Schwarz Group.

His experience helps Ähdus strengthen product thinking, innovation ecosystem and long-term strategic direction in the era of AI. Dr. Christopher is a strong voice of digital sovereignty and innovative Europeon models, and supporting European organizations in creating sustainable digital value.
