This pricing model serves contracts on a fixed price between YOU and AHDUS Technology in order to get your project/product/services done against a fixed period of time.
- Business Value Delivered Cost Model (BVD Cost Model)
You only pay for the business value delivered to you and not for any technical debt or bug fixing!
In this modern and agile contract model, our customers only pay for the small chunks of work delivered by our team in a 2-week iteration. Our customers only pay for the business value delivered to them by the technical team and if, in the process, a technical debt is found, we take care of it without any additional or hidden charges.
- Fixed Price Work-Packages
If your availability is flexible and your project milestones don’t have many tight deadlines, then we suggest adaptation to fixed work packages contract where you will have to pay against defined work packages.
The key benefit of this contract is our team’s direct discussion with every work package in detail. Together with you, the team thus defines a clear “Definition of Done – DoD” and the acceptance criteria. This will create a win-win situation for the both of us. You pay what you get, we get what we do!
In situations like changes in DoD and acceptance criteria based on information or changes in the work package scope, then we have to re-estimate on the remaining work-package.
- On-demand Hourly Rate Contract
The most simplified cost model allows our team to work with you on a demand basis and get paid on monthly or hourly basis.
