OUR CLIENT: INTRODUCTION
The Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe is a network of public banks forming the largest financial services group in Germany and Europe. They originated in Europe during the 18th century to provide access to savings products to all population levels.
With 14000+ Bank Branches and a 50 million+ user base, its activity is overwhelmingly located in Germany.
OBJECTIVES
We were employed to improve & simplify their Business processes & Operational Infrastructure in the form of intelligent Workflow diagrams using BPMN tools and algorithms. A Codeless system was required. PHP Laravel-based codeless system was created for a better layout of process models and a higher degree of understanding
SOLUTIONS
We made the system capable of reading JSON data and automatically developing a Smart Workflow for each Business Process in JSON file.
The client provides each Business Process in a JSON file that is converted into a Workflow Diagram using custom-coded Algorithms that create precisely.
Nodes for each Work-Step are connected with predefined distant flows, programmed to adjust the overall workflow structure based on the number of work steps involved. The toolset carried out drag and drop and then created a flow.
Two models were connected through controllers.
